REFLECTION
Experience
Throughout this semester, I learned a lot of things. I learned what typographic systems are and how to apply these on artworks. Also, I learned how to find ideas/fonts by observing the surroundings, and adding characteristic into a font. I have to admit that designing font is not easy yet it is fun while creating it. In addition, I was enjoying doing Project 1 and Project 2, especially Project 2! The progress of making my own collateral is very satisfying and motivating. I learned how to do a sketchbook for myself. Other than that, I experienced how important is time management. I thought I could balance well my time but no. I extremely tiring as always finished my job and get back home around 2 in the morning and I have to proceed with my work. Overall, I think is good experience and I still learn something and also took an important lesson.
Observations
I observed that my work is not that good because I am lacking of energy to do my work. I should be more active in class and asked for feedback as to improve my artworks.
Findings
Design is a process. Yet, I did not manage well my time. I really took this heavy lesson from this semester. I was very scared when I was told that my project has to redo. I agreed on what Mr Shamsul said, I have to stay focus. Plus, I am very slow at doing homework, I have to work faster. From this lesson, I will improve myself to become better for the next semester.
